At NDE STOR we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed.
Orders may take additional time to process during weekends, public holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.
Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Remote locations, weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may result in additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we may provide tracking information through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods.
You can use the tracking information provided to check the status of your shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and other contact information are correct before placing your order.
If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional charges may apply if a shipment needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery / RTO
If a courier is unable to deliver an order because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to the sender.
For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance may affect the availability of COD for future orders.
